Nicole Potts Hart & Duane Hart bring a diverse background and the ability to think outside the box for all of your real estate needs. They are a locally owned real estate company in St. Petersburg and surrounding areas. They have very strong ties to the area. Nicole is a St. Pete local, who has been able to watch this city grow into the incredible place we all love. Duane is a transplant from Syracuse, who dove into the culture that this area had to offer from day one, 8 years ago. Their real estate career started as investors in rental properties. With multiple encounters of not feeling fully represented it quickly helped them develop a desire for wanting top quality service. Now they are dedicated to bringing top real estate services, with full support and full exposure through the entire process, start to finish!

Jamie is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds her MBA from Chadron State College and a Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University. Her serial entrepreneurial career has led her to form, perfect, and sell companies as well as consult for other growing companies. Her expertise is in mergers and acquisitions and market development. Jamie is also passionate about helping nonprofits, and serves on several boards offering her leadership expertise and guiding social enterprise development. Jamie has been recognized as an Up and Comer under 30, Lightning Community Hero, and was a finalist for the Greater Tampa Chamber’s Leader of the Year 2019, amongst other awards and recognitions.
